Under the current flood map, flood insurance is not required. This Original Rainbow Row home has the total package including history, parking and garden, which is an almost impossible combination. The Dutarque-Guida House dates back to the 18th Century originating its construction in 1782. A French Huguenot planter, Lewis Dutarque, built this Row House as a residence but it was used as commercial offices from 1797 to 1890. An Italian immigrant, Giovanni Domenico Guida purchased the property and he and his descendants ran a grocery store in this location until 1960. The facade still retains the name at the top of the structure. This bright and elegant home has been lovingly restored by its current owners to include a beautiful Siematic Kitchen with Carrera marble counters and backsplash
